Shopping in downtown St. Louis is about to get a serious infusion of cool, with a chic retail co-op slated to open this summer in the Mercantile Exchange district.
The Collective at MX, curated by former St. Louis Magazine Style Editor Nicole Benoist, will house mini boutiques — or shops within a shop — inside a 3,700-square-foot retail space that’s part of developer Amos Harris’ $250 million MX development.
